YARD is a local-first application. All workout data, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data.

We do NOT collect:

• Personal identification information (name, address)
• Email addresses (unless you contact support)
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Workout data, times, or fitness information
• Device identifiers for advertising or tracking
• Health or biometric data

2 Rec Yard Subscription Data

If you subscribe to Rec Yard (our optional competitive mode at $2.99/month), we collect limited data to enable social features:

• Username/handle you choose for the leaderboard
• Profile photo (if you choose to upload one)
• Workout completion times for leaderboard verification
• Badge and achievement progress

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never receive, see, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing information.

5 Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Local data: Uninstalling YARD removes all locally stored workout history and settings
• Rec Yard data: Contact support@flipmovefinish.now to request deletion of cloud-stored profile and leaderboard data
• Account deletion: We will delete all associated data within 30 days of a verified request

6 Children's Privacy

YARD is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
